Singita Lebombo Lodge is a private concession in Kruger National Park and this means luxury!
The lodge is exclusive and you can only enter the concession if you’re staying there.

The Lebombo Lodge shares the private concession with another lodge also run by Singita, called Sweni Lodge.
Your accommodation will be in a suite with a private wooden deck equipped with an outside shower so you won’t miss any wildlife even while you’re keeping yourself clean!
There’s also a bar, lounge and library in the main guest building. Get your drink and watch the sun go down over the bush from the deck!
Dinner is served in a boma, a thatched, open-sided, round, communal hut.
What luxury lodge would be complete without a gift shop, gym and spa? On top of these, Lebombo Lodge also has a wine cellar.
Your stay is all inclusive, covering:
- All meals
- Most drinks
- Safari game drives twice a day
There are no fences between the concession and Kruger National Park which means that all the animals you could see in the main park may also be seen in the concession. You also have the option of:
- Going on game walks
- Archery
- Mountain biking
Getting to the Lodge
The lodge is in the central region of Kruger Park on the eastern side. It’s just near N’wanetsi Picnic Spot, some way beyond Satara Rest Camp.
As you have to drive some distance through Kruger National Park to get to the lodge, your self-drive safari starts the moment you pass through Orpen Gate, the closest gate to the lodge, 70km (43 miles) away.
Of course, you could enter the game reserve by another gate and spend as much time as you like travelling around the park before heading to the lodge for your luxury stay!
Another option for getting to the concession is to use a commercial flight from Johannesburg Airport or Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport direct to the lodge. You could also take advantage of a charter flight. Contact the lodge’s reception for details about these kinds of flights.
